Elsewhere is Austin's after-hours answer to the same three bars everyone already knows. Deep plum walls, gold accents, low light, and a garden courtyard out back — built by someone who spent years working in someone else's lounge before she opened one that finally felt right.
Expect multiple rooms for different moods, hookah mixed to order, a full bar, and a door policy that treats women like the reason the night works. Doors open at 4pm; the room is 21+ after 9pm.
